Yesterday as I was running  here in  Lisbon, I found a sign outside the Teatro Nacional D. Maria II in Rossio Square that read “Parece Impossível” (Seems Impossible)  and I thought that I couldn’t have found a better sign on the day that marked an anniversary of changes , it was one year ago that I had to be picked up in the middle of the street by a policeman and guided home by him because I had felt that my life had been shattered in a million pieces and I couldn’t and wasn’t going to survive it . 

One year later , as I look back it’s been a great year and I am more than grateful for everything and everyone that have helped me out during this time , and this is what this blog post is about, just sharing that as I laid there in the street at 1 am ,  I never thought of all the great things that laid ahead of me and all of the accomplishments that I was going to make , and all of this is thanks to everyone who helped, heard , cuddled , held me and pushed me throughout the year to get here, and the most palpable one is all of the places that I have run this year when one year ago I couldn’t even run 500m to save my life.
